CMS ED Course is known as diploma in community Medical Service & essential drugs (CMS & ED). It is a diploma for primary Health Care by general allopathic medicines which are recommended by world health organization (WHO) for primary health care.

This course is a 1 1/2 year course in which approximately 42 general medicine of government-recognized allopathic for first aid by the World Health Organization (WHO) is studied by qualified doctors. In this, you can serve the society by doing medical work as a primary health worker based on the decision of the Honorable Supreme Court. So far there is no restriction from state government nor central government to do first aid work.Your rule is valid MBBS (MBBS) cannot work with this diploma like doctors. Such a course is not run by any government.

Because the court has said in one of its judgments that the doctor who is trained in the medical system should do medical work in the same medical system.
